More wallpaper removal
in the guest room.

The finished guest room; which
the client used as a dressing and exercise room.

While refinishing the Dade County Pine floors, we discovered termite damage.

Here you can see the bad sections removed. I was able to find a house on Miami Beach that was being torn down; that had the same pine flooring.

The repair was undetectable.

In the common bath between the bedrooms; the tile was coming off the wall. Someone had tried to reattach
them with roofing tar.

The photo doesn't show how
nice the tile is. It was worth saving.

This shot speaks for itself.

The tile is almost repaired. A couple of pieces for the corner trim needed were taken from the vanity area.

We had a company come
in and refinish the tub.

A beautiful vintage tub/shower saved.
