With nearly everything mounted, it's time to
turn to wiring things up. The power connector
is a bit long so I coil it up.
These are the mounting holes for the 1571 PCB.
The 1571 PCB has a backing
plate, so mounting it is easy.
Mounted up as close to
the drive mech as possible.
This type of power connector is not needed.
I'll take the power connector
from the old power supply.
May be able to use the on.off switch too.
Hook up the old supply to check
which voltages are on which leads.
I'll use the power connector from the
1541 II to power it's PCB. I'll wire them
all up at the same time.
